I feel so guilty that I’ve not done a single post in months now – it’s been such a busy time settling in to my new job and everything else. Before I joined Debenhams, I was so excited to be invited to the lovely The Daydreamer‘s afternoon tea in Dundee so I was so happy I could still attend as a blogger.

I’ve only been to Dundee once before for a really quick visit to see Hayley Scanlan’s collection launch last year so it was nice to spend a whole day in the Scottish city. Arriving at Malmaison Dundee, I was once again blown away by the beautiful setting of the hotel and had a champagne welcome – fabulous for a mid week treat!

Sitting down at the plush table, myself and fellow bloggers were treated to our own afternoon tea and some treats from Debenhams and local Dundee businesses. After devouring every cake on my cute little stand (which were so yum), we got on to talking about trends and the must-have pieces for the season ahead (hello Faith snakeprint boots) and the Urban Decay team were on hand for mini makeovers. Continuing with all things style, one of the fantastic team members from V&A Dundee came to talk us through the amazing new museum and what we can expect when it launches in 2017 – it is going to be such a hub for fashion and design and I cannot wait! After all that, there was still some time to take some quick outfit pics on the grand staircase – it would be rude not to after all when they look so luxurious..

With thanks to The Daydreamer, Malmaison Dundee and all the fab local businesses. This is not a sponsored post.
